Perhaps I’d have laughed if it was actually funny.
Yeah, couple cute bits, but I thought it was just more mean than anything else.
As media critique perhaps its interesting — as an ad, the Apple spot is of course entirely positive, the “spoof” is entirely negative. But this is 2010 and I think we now know that that’s the way ads are. And spoofs make their point with humor, but that’s not the way this one was.
All true except the book one (as you can get a kindle and a B&N Nook app to get the books iBooks dont have).
Still most people buying one know the shortcomings and even me as an Apple fanatic (not fanboy) discourage people from getting one without thinking it through.
I don’t think its that expensive since a 32GB iPhone is $700 and the iPad 32GB with 3G is $730
Only if you buy the iPhone without a contract. In America, the 32GB model is $399. Granted, you pay for that over the course of 2 years. XD

I sold my ipad for $450 to buy Adobe CS5. The ipad is a massive ipod touch. It is all hype. It’s one of the biggest things ive waisted my money in my life.
